The story is set on Christmas Eve: Young Clara receives a nutcracker doll as a gift during a festive party at her home. That night, she dreams that the nutcracker comes to life, battles the evil Mouse King, and transforms into a handsome prince. Clara and the prince journey to the Land of Sweets, where the Sugar Plum Fairy and her court entertain them with delightful dances from around the world.
