By Car… 
Taking the M1 Continue to drive straight until you reach the Swords Road, Continuing along the Swords road you will come to Lower Drumcondra Road and then Dorset Street. Turn left at the Spar shop onto Temple Street and drive straight until you come to the crossroads. At the crossroads turn right onto Great Denmark Street and you will see the Castle Hotel on your right.

By Bus… 
Take bus number 747 or the Air coach, 16A or the 41C to O'Connell Street, When you get off the bus you need to walk to the top of O'Connell Street (away from the river), When you get to Parnell Square, once on Parnell Square you will see Findlater’s church, At the crossroads turn right and the Castle Hotel is on your left.

From Dun Laoghaire Ferry port:
 

By Car… 
Taking the N31 continue to follow it till you reach the N1, Turning right onto the N11 follow it till you reach O'Connell St, At the top of O' Connell St turn left onto Parnell St, Take the next Right onto Parnell Square, Follow the road around Parnell Sq until you come to the Writers museum which will be on your left, stay in the left hand lane, Continue straight on through the crossroads and the Castle Hotel is on your left.

From Connelly Railway Station:
 

Walking..
Come out of Connelly Station cross over at the traffic lights & head up Talbot Street, at the end of the road you will see the spire which is situated on O’Connell Street. Once on O’Connell Street head north away from the river towards Parnell Square, once on Parnell Square you will see the Findlater’s church on you left, at the cross roads turn right & you will see The Castle Hotel on you left.

By Bus..
