The Dublin Ghost Bus Tour is a night-time bus tour through Dublin, taking in several allegedly haunted places, and visiting many of the city's historic sites
The tone for the evening is set as soon as you board the Ghost Bus which is a unique attraction itself! Decorated in gothic style with a dark atmosphere and sinister accessories it is not for the squeamish. A live storyteller will take you on a spellbinding trip through Dublin for a night of discomfort and darkness...
After a few spooky stories at the Royal College of Physicians on Kildare Street & some hair raisers at Saint Stephens Green, the first stop on The Ghost Bus Tour of Dublin is at an unassuming little graveyard on Camden Row, where you will learn about the art of body-snatching & apparitions in Church ruins. Nothing like a good ould Ghost story in a Dublin graveyard!
Next stop is St Audeons Church, which dates from medieval times & is Dublin’s oldest parish church. Going through the arch, which is the last surviving gate to Dublin City, again some serious story telling which will leave you thinking.......you will be given a few minutes to wander around & soak up the atmosphere, but just don’t go alone, or speak with strangers.......
Throughout the journey your Tour Guide will keep you enthralled and terrified with chilling stories of Dublin's dark past and you learn the real origins of Dracula and his Dublin born inventor, Bram Stoker.
Dublin Ghost Bus is certainly a unique way to tour the city but may not suit those of a nervous disposition!!!!
