A new half marathon race has been added to the 2025 running calendar in Dublin.
Dublin Marathon and Dublin City Council have announced the inclusion of a Dublin City Half Marathon on March 30, which would take runners throughout the city's northside.

This event is different from the half marathon in Phoenix Park, which is part of the Dublin Race Series and will take place as usual on September 21.

The planned new route, which is subject to final agreement and permission, will pass through Ballybough, Whitehall, Killester, Howth Road, Raheny, St Anne's Park, Clontarf, Fairview Park, and Seville Place.
